- Leasing Tamping Units
Our proposed block-sharing lease option provides customers with tamping units for track straightening and ballast compacting tasks. Customers pay only for the actual usage of the tamping units, eliminating maintenance costs.
ESPM offers both new and refurbished tamping units under this program, with differing lease costs. The units come equipped with durable hard-alloy tamps, ensuring reliable operation throughout the lease period, with guaranteed replacements as part of the warranty/service.
The warranty and service maintenance for the leased tamping units are covered for the entire lease term, providing a hassle-free experience for customers without additional maintenance expenses.
- New Track Equipment Production
Our team is currently focused on developing new track equipment to cater to enterprises managing railroad tracks for construction and routine maintenance purposes. Here are the key developments:
- PM-02-32 High-Capacity Flattener Machine (analogous to Duomatic 09-32): Designed for straightening and tamping railroad tracks of 1520 mm gauge with various rail types and fastenings. Production is underway, with a target of up to 6 units annually, starting operation in 2022.
- PM-02-3X High-Capacity Flattener Machine (analogous to Dynamic 09-3X): Currently in the design stage, expected to start production in 2023, with an annual target of up to 5 units.
- PM-02S Flattener Machine for Switches: Under design, set for commissioning in 2024.
- KSU Self-Propelled Universal Brush Cutter: Designed for wood and shrubbery growth removal along railroad beds, with mulching capability and agrochemical treatment sprayer. Operation expected to begin in 2022, with an annual production plan of 6 units.
